Welcome to the Rising Sun in Woodcroft, very close to Chepstow on the confluence of the Rivers Wye and Severn and less than 100 yards from Offa’s Dyke path. This local, community owned pub and winner of the CAMRA Pub Saving Award for 2023 opened in 2022 after a long battle to save it from development. Brought back to life after almost 10 years by a dedicated band of volunteers and local craftsmen, it is now open every day.

Darts
Starting in January 2024 we are setting up a Darts team on Wednesdays with a view to entering the local Darts league in April.
Come along and get “on the oche” from 8:30pm.
Cribbage
If you would like a game of Crib but haven’t played in a while, ease yourself in gently, cutting and shuffling on a Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 4pm.
